  • As more ambiguity and uncertainty about the return to the office develops, it is even more important for leaders and managers to instill confidence, inspiration, focus, and stability within their teams. For the foreseeable future, employees are likely to experience a heightened degree of anxiety regarding health, job security, and the need for normalcy while working remotely and in the office. Leaders and managers play an important role in helping to alleviate stress while engaging and building strength within their teams. Loeb Leadership's Managing Remote & Hybrid Teams workshop was designed to inspire and equip leaders and managers to keep their employees engaged, build trust, maintain communication, hold themselves and their team accountable, and create an inclusive productive environment.

  • Communication skills are essential in today’s highly collaborative workplace. In this workshop, participants will be able to deliver difficult messages to others in way that supports the relationship yet is clear and straightforward, diffuse a contentious situation by focusing on the problem and not the person, develop strategies for dealing with difficult personalities and deliver both positive and constructive behavior-based feedback.

  • Research shows that employees who enjoy a high degree of trust within their immediate team perform at a higher level, offer discretionary effort, and are far more loyal than employees who experience low levels of trust. This immersive learning experience uses the Great Place to Work®  culture model to both inspire managers and improve their effectiveness at accelerating trust across their team in order to achieve organizational objectives more efficiently.

  • Facilitated, team-based, configurable simulations built around real-world management dilemmas supported by in-depth participant materials. Topics include change management, high performing teams, business acumen, project management, collaboration, risk management, and negotiation.

  • The skills to communicate effectively, to present one’s ideas, and to encourage, enlighten, and entertain are some of the most powerful abilities a person can possess. With the rapid changes in where and how work is done, employees increasingly find themselves called on to present their ideas to many types of audiences. The ideas they put forward not only have to gain attention, they must also inspire buy-in, decisions, and action.

  • For the first time in history, there are five generations in the workforce. In many cases, there are challenges between generations in how they prefer to communicate, receive information, establish career goals, and develop interpersonal relationships at work. This is particularly true with respect to how generations use technology, communicate work ethic, give and receive feedback, and strive for work/life balance.

    As a result of the increasing use of technology, the opportunity to develop interpersonal relationships has been greatly reduced and this is exacerbated by a lack of mutual understanding from a generational perspective. This presentation will increase one's understanding of generational differences, as well as strategies and practices to close the intergenerational gap.
