Making An Impact

Making an Impact is a self-driven online learning journey that is perfect for ambitious professionals who are ready to elevate their skillset. With the current pace of change in the business world, it's more important than ever to be adaptable and mentally agile. That’s why Making an Impact is designed to engage participants in a learning experience that raises self-awareness and equips participants with the knowledge, behaviors, and skills to be as effective as possible in their current and future roles.

Comprised of 10 levels of learning topics, Making an Impact teaches participants about critical skills like learning agility, healthy and effective communication, giving and receiving feedback, managing conflict, taking ownership and accountability, and more. Each learning level has 5-9 missions that challenge participants to think critically and personally about what they’re learning and the challenges they are facing in their current roles, and equips them with the tools to accelerate their personal and professional growth. Making an Impact is self-driven and self-paced, giving participants the opportunity to work in their own time, and gain the confidence and knowledge they need to grow into their next role.

Managing For Impact

Managing for Impact is designed for current managers who are looking to improve their leadership skills and manage high-performing teams. It's no secret that effective management is crucial to the success of any organization. According to a survey by Gallup, 70% of an employee's engagement is influenced by their manager. Through Managing for Impact, managers will learn practical skills that they can immediately apply in their workplace, resulting in increased collaboration, trust, and motivation among their teams.

This six-week program combines virtual workshops with online self-paced learning. Topics include having a leadership mindset, being an inclusive leader, managing team performance, and inspiring your team's best work. The program is designed to be interactive, with opportunities for participants to engage with each other and share their experiences.

Leading For Impact

Leading for Impact is our senior-level professional development program that is specifically designed for seasoned leaders. Leading for Impact demands a high level of commitment from participants. However, the payoff is well worth it. By honing their skills and developing their leadership abilities, participants will emerge from the program better equipped to lead their organizations to new levels of success.

Leading for Impact provides participants with a highly immersive, collaborative learning journey that covers topics that research has shown as most important for mid-level to senior leaders. These topics include leading a high-performing team, leveraging your emotional intelligence, demonstrating agility, and being resilient in times of stress and ambiguity. The program uses research-based assessments, group or individual coaching, and other tools, such as a business simulation, to gather insights into collaboration barriers and participants' strengths and opportunities for further development. Combining brief live virtual workshops with off-line digital learning, Leading for Impact can easily fit into any leader's busy schedule.

The Impact of Professional Development

Successful leadership plays a critical role in an organization’s overall success.

  • According to Gallup’s Engagement Survey, only 30% of employees are engaged at work, and managers account for 70% of the variance in employee engagement. Additionally, 50% of Americans have left their job because of a bad manager.

  • A report by the Association for Talent Development demonstrates that companies that invest in employee training and development have 218% higher income per employee than those that don't.

  • Top CEOs of global companies ranked leadership development efforts as one of their top five human capital strategies.
