Managing for Impact: London
We’re Back and In-Person
for London’s Managing for Impact Series!
Our live Managing for Impact series is highly interactive and engaging and provides participants with ample opportunities to apply newly acquired tools and skills to ensure a return on investment. Our programme offers a learning journey for participants in which they build skills over time. Participants also become part of our learning community and are encouraged to continue relationships with our facilitators and coaches as they continue their growth and development.
Contemporary managers in the UK are expected to strike a balance between traditional business requisites, such as efficient time management, clear communication, and project management, and the intricacies of leadership and personnel management. Leading-edge organisations in the UK have recognised that investing in the professional development of their managers is no longer optional. It is a vital element for achieving robust growth and securing their position in the fiercely competitive landscape of talent acquisition and retention.
About Managing for Impact in London
Managing for Impact is a development series that builds foundational leadership principles to equip participants with the skills and confidence they need to inspire high performance and build trust. Each module within this series is designed to introduce critical leadership competencies through short self-paced micro-learning missions, community engagement with others in the cohort, and live, interactive workshops.
MyQuest Learning Platform
MyQuest is a feature rich learning platform that accompanies the MFI programme and provides participants a place to learn, interact and reflect. The community feature offers opportunities to share successes and achievements with others in their cohort, while the private journal feature offers opportunities for self-reflection and goal setting.
Microlearning Missions
Microlearning Missions are short bursts of learning that can be completed in 10-15 minutes. Participants are assigned learning missions that offer rich content and resources to prepare participants for their live workshops. Participants are asked to schedule time in their calendars to complete the pre-work. Resources and materials are available for a period of 1-year.
Live Workshops
In-person workshops will be conducted bi-weekly and will be comprised of two 90-minute sessions with a 15-minute break in between. The workshops include interactive breakout sessions, group discussions, polls, and sharing of insights and experiences.
One-on-One Virtual Coaching Session
Upon completing the final set of missions and attending the last module, participants are offered a 45-minute one-on-one coaching session with a Loeb coach to help them identify key takeaways and areas for development.
Digital Completion Certificate through Credly
Participants who have fulfilled all the requirements of the programme will receive a digital certificate of completion issued by Loeb Leadership through Credly, a widely respected digital credentialing platform. These digital badges and credentials serve as a way for individuals to showcase their achievements, skills, and qualifications in a verifiable and shareable format.

Each of the 5 modules builds upon foundational leadership principles:

-
Develop inclusive management skills, increase self-awareness, and understand the relationship between leadership style and managing others using DiSC®.
-
Gain a deeper understanding of effective selection processes, develop behavioural-based interview questions, structure productive conversations, and design a positive onboarding experience.
-
Learn practical approaches to keep employees focused and productive, strengthen their emotional connection to their role, and navigate performance evaluation and coaching conversations effectively.
-
Gain a deeper understanding of inspiring high performance, including coaching considerations, and learn the COACH model for ongoing coaching and development.
