With more than two decades of operational and management experience, Lana Seidman has assisted the organization in developing best practices, streamlined operating procedures, and created a strong foundation for business growth. Lana utilizes her skills to help the organization set priorities and retool for a sleeker, more strategically focused approach.
Lana coordinates and leads Loeb Leadership's outstanding programming, works with clients to create an unparalleled participant experience, and helps clients identify services to meet their learning and development needs.
Lana prioritizes her commitment to philanthropy by serving local non-profit organizations. In addition, Lana serves as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA), a national program that transforms middle and high school students into confident entrepreneurs. Her philanthropic nature helped Lana establish the Allen Hauber Scholarship Award Program which offers local High School seniors entering the Architecture, Engineering, Mechanical Trades, and Construction industries the opportunity for a scholarship award towards their continued education.
