Making an Impact is a self-driven online learning journey ideal for ambitious legal professionals eager to elevate their skillset. In an industry where adaptability and mental agility are paramount, this program engages participants in a learning experience that enhances self-awareness and equips them with critical skills for effectiveness in their current and future roles.
The program comprises 10 levels of learning topics, covering essential skills such as learning agility, effective communication, giving and receiving feedback, managing conflict, and taking ownership and accountability. Each level includes 5-9 missions that challenge participants to think critically about their learning and the challenges they face in their roles. This self-paced, flexible format allows participants to grow at their own pace, building confidence and knowledge to advance in their careers.
