Meet Amy Mallow

Amy B. Mallow is an executive coach and talent management consultant with deep legal industry knowledge. A former big law attorney, Amy brings more than 30 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and recruiting for both attorneys and business professionals.

Throughout her career, Amy has guided numerous legal professionals toward career satisfaction and peak performance. Her background spans multiple facets of the legal industry, providing comprehensive insights into the field.  Amy's experience includes overseeing recruiting and career development at an Am Law 100 firm, working as an executive search consultant for legal business professionals, and serving as an attorney recruiter at national search firms. She has also held the position of managing director at a consulting firm specializing in the career development of legal professionals and served as an assistant dean for career services at a top-tier law school. Prior to her work in talent management and coaching, Amy practiced law in both the private and public sectors.

Drawing on this diverse experience, Amy helps individuals in the legal industry achieve their professional goals and navigate career transitions, while also assisting legal organizations with their talent management objectives.  Amy's areas of focus include leadership development; career planning and transition; performance maximization, mastering key areas such as time management, communication, business development, and confidence building; and work dynamics navigation.
