Coaching Philosophy
Executive Coaching is one of the most impactful source of rapid transformation for leaders and their organizations. Whether organizations seek to invest in their leaders as company differentiators, or leaders themselves recognize the need to change, executive coaching is a linchpin for success, especially when navigating those “Moments that matter”, e.g., critical times of transformation, a new role, need for new skills such as leading hybrid teams, inheriting a new team, moving from a team leader to enterprise leadership, etc.
With experience gained across industries and countries, I understand diverse cultural norms of engagement and organizational drivers and help senior leaders, and their teams succeed in their functional, business and country or global environment.
Always in the context of an organization’s strategy, business imperatives and transformation, I focus on developing a trust-based relationship with my client. This becomes the foundation for a unique and dedicated experience to accelerate a leader’s growth towards both increased personal fulfillment and organizational effectiveness. The key ingredients my client and I use to catalyze this transformative experience are: Partnership, context, joy, effort/ grit and empathy.
