Teri Coyne is the lead facilitator for Loeb’s Managing for Impact (MFI) blended learning program. With a strong background in technology and training at a previous large global law firm, Teri led the transition to designing the virtual delivery of the award winning MFI program for legal managers. Leveraging the self-directed learning platform with a combination of time dedicated to live virtual delivery has allowed the program to remain engaging, practical and fun in a remote environment. Participants consistently tell us they gain so much from Teri’s supportive approach, knowledge on the subject and sense of humor.

In addition to being the lead facilitator for MFI, Teri is a seasoned strategist and executive coach specializing in professional development, communication and career management. As a trainer and facilitator Teri leads live and virtual workshops and group coaching sessions on a wide range of topics including but not limited to; management and leadership skills, delegation, career strategies, executive presence, performance development and presentation and communication skills. Teri has facilitated hundreds of learning events from workshops, group coaching, webinars and blended experiences.

As an executive coach, Teri helps senior leaders regain their focus, align their professional goals with organizational objectives and connect their values with their leadership style. Teri’s coaching style is informed by over two decades of experience as a senior technology leader, working in the legal industry managing diverse, highly-skilled global teams and driving technology learning and communication programs for all levels of staff.

Teri’s approach as coach or facilitator is engaging, practical and tactical. She has been in the trenches and worked her way through complex organizational structures and understands the challenges dedicated professionals have in attaining, maintaining and defining success. Teri is a certified DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® facilitator and holds a certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University. Teri also a holds a certificate in Career Coaching from GetFive.
