Meet Taylor
Taylor Hanak is a professional with a strong foundation in leadership development, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently at Loeb Leadership, Taylor assists Loeb Leadership in providing strategic insights and guidance to clients across various industries, helping them enhance team performance, leadership skills, and organizational effectiveness. His diverse background, including experience in financial operations, mentoring, and military leadership, allows him to approach leadership development with both empathy and a results-oriented mindset.
A recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder, Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in International Relations. During his academic journey, he also served as a Student Veteran Ambassador, where he played a pivotal role in connecting student veterans with vital resources and career opportunities.
Taylor's military service in the United States Marine Corps as a Company Executive Manager and Amphibious Assault Crew Chief further honed his leadership and operational planning skills. This experience, combined with his academic background, has shaped his approach to leadership—focused on building trust, fostering communication, and creating systems that drive success.

What unique perspective do you bring to your practice?
I bring a unique perspective shaped by my military experience, academic training in psychology, and real-world leadership development. This blend allows me to assist in Loeb’s mission to guide leaders in building high-performing teams through a balanced approach that combines empathy with operational excellence.
Describe major career/life decisions that led you to your current role. How have these experiences shaped the way you engage with clients?
My transition from the United States Marine Corps to civilian life sparked my desire to work in leadership development. Through this journey, I learned the importance of adaptability, clear communication, and structured support. These experiences have shaped the way I engage with clients—by focusing on long-term growth and fostering strong relationships built on trust.
What are a couple of your biggest successes?
Developing and implementing leadership traits and styles for Marines under my supervision that have helped those Marines achieve greater team cohesion and individual leadership growth.
Mentoring student veterans at the University of Colorado Boulder, facilitating their transition to civilian careers and supporting their academic and professional growth.
