Tamara Fox is a highly skilled and experienced leadership development and culture consultant and board-certified health and wellness coach. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, wellness, training program design, and facilitation, as well as strategy, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) diligence and integration consulting in all industries. Tamara is known for her ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions that drive results.

As a passionate board-certified health and wellness coach, Tamara is committed to making a positive impact on her clients' lives. She also provides leadership support to C-Suite executives and VPs, helping them to clarify and execute effective leadership strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Tamara also has a keen eye for culture assessment, design, and development, including the creation of core values that reflect an organization's unique identity and purpose. She has worked with organizations across industries to help them develop and implement effective employee engagement and recognition programs that promote a positive and highly engaged workplace culture.

Address the root of the clients’ needs in order to achieve a goal together, while being strategic, collaborative, effective, engaging, and truly caring about the employees and the business.

Describe major career/life decisions that led you to your current role. How have these experiences shaped the way you engage with clients?

I started my career in Human Resources because I always knew I wanted to help people. Throughout my career I have focused on the leadership development, training, and culture side of HR and have found my passion is helping businesses create workplaces where employees can be their best self at work, while also helping individuals reach the next level/their full potential.
