Coaching Engagements
Apple: Engaged by the global sales organization to coach 20 senior level executives based in both US and LATAM markets. Coaching engagement was part of a broader “sales refresh” program led by the overall Apples Sales Leader. The sales leadership program included, but not limited to providing leaders with one to one coaching support for nine-months, participating in selected business management sessions where I evaluated them as part of a broader 360 KF assessment, facilitated mid-engagement sessions with their assigned leader for progress status and adjustment to the coaching program and specifically helped these leaders get grounded on their new role guidelines (focusing on leader skills and capabilities such as executive presence, stakeholder management, career management, individual brand management and team collaboration). Outcomes: Supported leaders to transition to new sales role guidelines and sales vision alignment, increased their level of intra-team collaboration (as evident by established connect mechanisms and pulse surveys) and all 150 sales senior leaders completed their six-month coaching engagements with an average of 4.9 out of 5 coaching satisfaction rating.
Meta: Served as the executive coach to 5 women leaders identified as on track to promotion. Worked with them to dive deep into the core elements of “executive presence”, including but not limited to executive communications, how they show up (behaviors), core competencies of role (their areas of development), enhancement of their leadership styles, confidence building, and appearance (such as their energy and their resiliency). Outcomes: 4 out of the 5 leaders were promoted successfully to next level.
Nike: Due to the entry of a new CEO and as part of a major corporate transformation, engaged by the global finance organization to coach 20 newly promoted finance leaders, dispersed globally. Worked with these leaders to define their 30,60,90-day onboarding plan. In addition, administered and debriefed their individual 360 assessment and action planned towards their development plan aligned to their new promotion level guidelines. Outcomes: all 20 assigned executives successfully completed their 90-day onboarding plan and transitioned to new roles meeting and or exceeding their target goals at the mid-year performance review.
Microsoft: Assigned to coach 15 leaders, across Human Resources, Finance, BING, Generative AI functions and or Business Units. Leaders assigned were selected to be part of a global leadership program targeted at newly promoted leaders of colors. Coaching services included, but were not limited to, nine-month long bi-weekly one to one executive coaching sessions per assigned leader, co-facilitated quarter leadership workshops focused on executive presence, situation awareness, effective leader level communications and brand management. Outcomes: Successfully facilitated 6 workshops on the topics of leadership resiliency and grow mindset, completed nine-month coaching engagement with all 15 assigned leaders. Received 5 out of 5 rating in mid and post coaching engagement surveys.
Google: Contracted to support the transition of the Google School for Leaders coaching services from Google to Korn Ferry, where Korn Ferry became the coaching provider for executive coaching services. Partnered with the Google School for Leaders executive team to co-design enhanced coaching solutions for Google leaders including intake process, assignment of coaches, 360 assessment administration, post assessment debriefs and action planning by leader level. Outcomes: Designed and implemented managed service program where core coaching services transitioned from Google to Korn Ferry globally
