My Brother’s Keeper | My Sister’s Keeper (MBK | MSK) Fellowship Summit is Friday, June 2 – Sunday, June 4, 2023, in-person in New York City. This year’s theme is “Black Excellence: An Affirming Action.”   

Each year, the Summit features prominent leaders and change agents in the legal profession. It convenes hundreds of attorneys for thought-provoking, career-defining dialogue with sessions addressing topics such as personal branding, wealth building, navigating career transitions, maintaining mental health and wellness, and more.

Our senior consultant Dr. Fritz Galette will be a panelist on the topic, “Excellence in Health & Wellness - MBK Session” on Saturday, June 3, 2023. In this session, attendees will learn the importance of Moving yourself from the backburner: The importance of prioritizing your holistic well-being. They will understand why self-focused is not selfish and why taking care of yourself is the best way to ensure that you are able to serve the people around you at the highest levels without leaving yourself depleted in the process. We want the audience to hear best practices for holistically caring for yourself from the inside out so that you are able to show up fully not only for your work or loved ones, but most importantly for yourself.
