The G.A.I.N. Model™
Q&A with Luz Gonzalez
What unique perspective do you bring to your practice?
The structured approach to decision-making and personal and professional development, particularly the integration of mindfulness and a proactive strategy in a professional setting.
Describe major career/life decisions that led you to your current role. How have these experiences shaped the way you engage with clients?
Navigating my daughter's battle with brain cancer profoundly deepened my emotional intelligence and resilience, equipping me with the empathetic insight and strategic clarity that I now bring to coaching executives and professionals through their own critical decision-making processes.
These challenges have transformed me into a more empathetic advisor, who not only guides with strategies but also connects with the heart, recognizing that every business decision impacts real lives.
What are a couple of your biggest successes?
A couple of my biggest successes include pioneering The G.A.I.N. Model™, which has supported decision-making processes for executives, and receiving transformative feedback from clients who credit the model with significant positive changes in both their professional and personal lives.
