Meet Lindsay Millan
Lindsay is a Project Manager for Loeb Leadership. She plans and coordinates the firm’s operations and administrative functions and assists in developing strategic plans that promote the company’s growth.
Lindsay’s responsibilities include managing the client and contractor database, maintaining client relations, including coordinating workshops and webinars, general administration, overseeing internal and external communication tools, and preparing a variety of proposals, presentations, e-communications, and other business materials.
Lindsay began her career in the financial industry at a family-owned brokerage-firm in the American Stock Exchange and moved operations to the New York Stock Exchange in 2008. She became Executive Assistant to the CEO where she assisted senior-level bankers with complex loan applications, due diligence collection, and retention.
In 2016, Lindsay left Wall St. to begin her journey into the Executive Coaching and Leadership Development space. Coming from the corporate world of finance, Lindsay has seen first-hand the difference between leading and managing a team well and has been inspired by watching organizations transform when they focus on their leadership.
Working for Loeb Leadership has given her the opportunity to wear different hats and partner with the executive team to build networking efforts and improve internal operations and overall growth. She has skillfully embraced coordinating, organizing, and ensuring the delivery of what is promised to the client. Her role supports Loeb Leadership coaches and facilitators, allowing them to perform their duties efficiently and provide excellent service to clients.
Throughout her career, her personal drive for excellence and her determined spirit have led her to embrace challenges and take on difficult roles with a “can do” attitude. Lindsay lives in New York with her husband and their son and daughter. As a family, they are committed to raising Autism Awareness and advocate for their son.
