Fabianna began her early career over twenty years ago in mental health and social services, supporting underprivileged youth and homeless families. She then spent the bulk of her career leading HR Talent & Performance Management for various global Fashion Luxury and Media/Entertainment organizations. Her diverse career trajectory in Executive Human Resources led to her extensive experience in the People Development space. Her expertise spans areas such as Leadership & Performance Coaching, Learning & Development, Onboarding & Acclimation, Career Development, Communications, Succession Planning, Culture, and People Experience – all through the lens of DE&I.
Through her leadership coaching work, Fabianna helps leaders develop new awareness, leading to new choices, and enabling transformational results. She believes coaching is about creating a psychologically safe space, a “container” for the heart and the mind, focusing on the whole person. Her unique approach to Talent Development creates a broader space for her clients to tap into their intrinsic abilities, and shine in their diversity, enabling full realization of “Purpose”.
