Meet Brian

Brian Duggan, PCC, is a New York City based Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant. Having worked with thousands of leaders across the globe over the last 15 years, he's seen the gamut of organizational challenges that leaders face, and during some of the most challenging times. Brian has also seen firsthand what it takes for leaders to rise to the occasion, and how much those needs are changing with the world.

He's had the pleasure of working with companies like Meta, Samsung, Affirm, Tiffany and Co, David Yurman, Apple, Twilio, DataDog, DuoLingo, Two Sigma, NBA, ASPCA, Mt Sinai School of Medicine, and many others. Brian holds his PCC coach accreditation through the International Coaching Federation and is also certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment, DiSC assessment, and Knowledge Management.

Most importantly, Brian has been both on the outside as a coach and consultant and on the inside running internal Leadership and Organization Development functions. His practice marries a global leadership perspective with a deep connection to organizational context and strategy to ensure the support he provides makes business sense.
