Meet sascha proudlove

Sascha partners with her clients to help them improve performance using her ten years of training and experience as an executive coach, professional development trainer, and group facilitator, together with a 16-year career in financial services. When working with individual leaders, groups of leaders, or teams, Sascha’s corporate experience helps her to understand her clients’ challenges firsthand. She helps them leverage their strengths, risk manage weaknesses, learn core career success skills, and engage on the most critical—and often difficult—issues, in a sustainable manner.

Sascha is passionate about working with organizations that value human capital, investing in their leaders to build the skills they need to understand their purpose, set direction, motivate and develop others, delegate effectively, communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and ultimately achieve their goals.   • Conducted DiSC® workshops for multiple cohorts in the manufacturing division of a multinational biopharmaceutical company. Participants combined personalized insights of DiSC® with emotional intelligence development, learning an agile approach to workplace interactions

  • Facilitated a three-day in-person career leadership program for a global consumer goods company annually in New Jersey for the past four years. Participants gained increased self-awareness and resilience, developed authentic leadership style and practices, identified personal strengths and how to play to them, and learned how to build a successful career network
