Discovery and Alignment

The case study below is based on a real client engagement with Loeb Leadership. The organization and executive names have been removed for anonymity.  

As part of our Organizational and Employee Wellness branch of our consulting services, we were sought out by a global organization with more than 30,000 employees spread out over more than 150 locations.  Our goal for this organization was to empower their executives, leadership, and management teams to create a workplace culture that embraced trust, psychological safety, and inclusion, ultimately driving organizational success. 

Our journey began with pre-discovery consulting, engaging in conversations with L&D/I&D stakeholders, and reviewing the organization’s historical efforts and materials. This allowed us to understand the organization’s unique context, learnings, and aspirations. 

We spent invaluable one-on-one time with the North American President to understand their desired state, behaviors, and role in fostering a culture of safety and inclusion. We also identified competencies and behaviors for organization-wide performance evaluations and success metrics. 

In small group dialogue sessions, we worked closely with additional leadership to understand their current and desired state regarding trust and psychological safety within the organization’s teams. This step helped us customize our training sessions effectively. 

Leadership & Management Training and Development 

We conducted multiple interactive workshops addressing critical topics such as trust, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. These sessions accommodated up to 25 participants each and provided actionable insights for leaders and managers within the organization. 

To reinforce learnings and overcome roadblocks, we facilitated follow-up group coaching sessions. Participants gained valuable takeaways to share with their teams. 

As a culmination, the organization planned a dynamic virtual panel discussion featuring four panelists from Loeb Leadership. This panel session aimed to inspire and engage the entire organization.
