Meet Dr. Jennifer Lewis

Dr. Jennifer D. Lewis is an organizational and leadership development expert focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). A seasoned executive guiding Board of Trustees, leaders, teams, and individuals in culture change, employee engagement, and human capital strategy. She is also an adjunct professor who teaches business leadership development. She partners with clients on issues related to strategic transformation, such as organizational change, team effectiveness, and DEI.

Jennifer brings over 30 years of experience from various industries, including insurance, health care, entertainment, non-profit, and academia. As a trusted coach and consultant, Jennifer has led organizational change and development efforts with a strong focus on DEI. She has worked with and led organizations in enhancing the employee experience through design, data, coaching, team development, and facilitation, which has resulted in people-centric solutions and measurable change. 

Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals grow and develop to improve their effectiveness and performance. She is certified and experienced in a variety of 3600 assessments and psychometrics instruments that helps give her clients insight into who they are and the personal challenges they may encounter. Jennifer believes in guiding clients to take action to create measurable results that will take them from good to great. Jennifer is described as driven, authentic, and passionate. She brings these characteristics to her coaching to encourage her clients to act and move forward.

Jennifer holds an MBA in Management, an MS in Human Resource Management, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, where her research focused on the impact of career development opportunities on employee engagement.
