Meet Jeni Roark

Jeni is a Project Manager for Loeb Leadership, who has an extensive and strong background in Human Resources including Senior Management experience. Jeni brings expertise in HR Workflow & Processes, Employee Relations, HR Diligence, and Employee Lifecycle Management, with a passion for employee experience. 

She has made an impact in previous HR positions throughout multiple industries, including Healthcare, HR Consulting, Manufacturing, and Construction. Jeni's experience extends to Government Contracts and Request for Proposal implementation within various competitive industries. She has demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, which adds a dynamic and enjoyable challenge to her workload. By utilizing top-tier practices, she enhances engagement and fosters better communication within the workforce. She excels at building connections with employees at all hierarchical levels, leading to increased productivity and personal as well as professional growth. Jeni is always focused on moving forward and delivering professional results.

When the opportunity was presented to Jeni to make a career change from HR to Project Management, this concept intrigued her to expand on her ability. Jeni brings her professional background and personal development drive to excel and be part of Loeb Leadership’s mission and values, while providing our clients with the best experience and outcomes.

Jeni resides in Minnesota, right on the border of North Dakota with her husband, son, and two dogs, and they are expecting their second child in 2024. Jeni is looking forward to being part of the Moorhead School Board and PTA. She volunteers her time with the ND Special Olympics each year to help bring awareness and opportunity to the community.
