Meet Foster Blair

Foster Blair is a seasoned executive coach and organizational development consultant with almost 20 years of experience in helping leaders and their teams reach their full potential. His expertise lies in leadership development, business development, diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, and career development and transition coaching. Foster has a proven track record of helping executives, teams, and board of directors achieve mission-critical results by identifying root cause setbacks and creating dynamic game plans.

As an ICF-credentialed coach, Foster has dedicated himself to helping leaders create meaning in their own lives and in their firms and organizations. He believes that this results in motivated, more engaged employees, customer commitment, and bottom-line performance. Throughout his career, Foster has worked with startups, federal agencies, Global 100 law firms, and Fortune 100 & 500 organizations. He has led teams and coached and mentored individuals in legal and financial services, management consulting, engineering and construction, healthcare, retail, human resources, and sales and account management.

In his last corporate position, Foster led an award-winning and highly functioning remote team concentrating on leadership development initiatives and efforts to hire and develop high potential talent. He has worked with CEOs, CFOs, managing partners, senior executives, and global teams. Foster's ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures enables him to build critical relationships and lead across organizations.

Foster holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and a juris doctorate degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law. His legal training has given him the skills to understand complex issues, analyze problems, and think strategically. Foster's background in law has also provided him with a unique perspective on business development and leadership.

Foster is passionate about helping women and affinity groups succeed in their careers. He has worked with several organizations to create and implement programs that support underrepresented groups in leadership roles. Helped leader to adjust to his leadership role and think strategically about his role and interactions with all levels of staff in this fast-growing company.
